Current showcase: Evaluba AG
Our client, Evaluba AG, asked us to develop a portal giving the employees of medium sized businesses and large corporations the opportunity to evaluate their employers, while simultaneously allowing these corporations to assess how satisfied their employees are.
But that assessment is not the only advantage of such a portal. Discovering weak links in the company structure is another, as is the possibility of optimising manager’s roles – the entire company profits and as a result becomes more productive.
To meet the high standard our client set with regard to online security and traffic, we wrote a tailor-made community system based on Frameworks QCodo, which contains a forum solution developed by us, a content management system, extremely complex valuation logic, a full text search implemented with Lucene and much more.
The content management system has been developed based on Silverstripe, a very new CMS that has already garnered a number of awards. It is the same CMS used for the democrat’s website in the last US presidential election, and it withstood millions of hits.
The forum was developed by us from scratch. Generic forums often create integration problems in complex portals and are really meant to be stand alone solutions. Since we have often been asked to accommodate extensive adjustments to generic forums, we decided to develop our own QCodo integrated forum that is 100% reusable and suited to any project environment.
